don’t know for sure but the cooler issue could be that these sections can be switched off and its really complex to know if this is the case or not. Would look in the user manual to be sure.

after trawling through all my old posts, I found one from 2007 on this subject. (what a great history UKW has. A few laughs and good memories as well as some sadness of those we have lost or just disappeared on the way!) anyway, wpl part number is:481253268088 now C00314416 and Whirlpool/Hotpoint are showing them in stock but with limited availability on the B2B site.

that thing has always been a bloody nightmare as it never showed on the parts diagram. I cannot find the number now but chances are I have one at my workshop but wont be able to get there now till tomorrow to see. will let you know.

think most would expect clicking on a WTA logo would take you to a WTA home page… Maybe amend that logo to include the word “marketplace”?

Ken, can you make a linK back to the “home” page after we look at an item? Finding it difficult to get back without using the back button which if you have looked at a few photos is a bit of a chore.

Edit: just seen the WTA logo does perform that function but its not clear at all.
