dipsenser is supposed to catch on top basket, it will still open enough to let soap out. If you get contuinual E2’s then changing the air break is usually the only solution. 766610112

    Re: Zanussi FM56 Oven

I have some distant memory of many changed parts according to serial number on these…or was the the FM55?
great ovens, sold shed loads. Back in those days it was really dificult for diy’ers to buy built in appliances. We filled the shop and sold em easily, FM5 or 6 was the single oven version so many parts are the same for the main oven.

Re: Stoves 900EF main oven hinge probs.

The problem is the pins pulling out of one side of the housing in the door. The L shape bits will not cure the fault, you wont even need them. Lock the door open by placng 2 allen keys in the holes on the L shape backets and dismantle the door by removing the inner glass (slides out) and the screws for the handle. This will allow the outer glass and bracket to slide up and off the hinge brackets. You can now see the inside of the hinge brackets. The pins can be re fitted without too much problem and a thin metal shim each side can be added to keep them in place, at least until you get new parts or forever even!

O h yeah! the bad old days are back. They did get quite good about a year ago but now…… waited best part of 2 months for a door glass then it arrived smashed. Alt valve, waited about 3 weeks and these are fast moving parts that should be instock and those are for warranty jobs for which they usually make a bit of an effort.
If ordering fan elements for stock, order at least 5 and then they can come pretty quick, order just one and if not quoting a job number then you will wait for ever.

Wouldnt mind if they were buying quality stuff. When its badged up Chinese junk they need to change the terms of any contract accordingly. Otherwise we are subsidising their buying policy.

Funny enough was thinking about setting up a non official UKW meeting/evening there. As ever with things I think of I never actually get round to it and someone always jumps in first. yep, date depending I would be up for it.
I am away 9/10/11 March so cannot do around that weekend.

With both sides, door and panel under door removed you can see pretty much everywhere. With a dentist’s type mirror and torch you can check the circ pump seals run the machine till really hot as that is when the pump seals tend to leak.

Yes, going through the same with a WP. Dishwasher base flooded, 6 weeks later on/ off switch Breaks (ie come apart) labour rejected as re-call). Circ pump has since failed too and I have declined the job as I know we are not going to get paid.

wonder where the contact list has come from? From what I gather, Mr Scroggins may have shown interest.

    Re: P&G training

OK just spoke to her, she says she does work for P&G. and they are offerring exactly the same as the UKW training + a dishwasher “module” (her words). She says that as it is P&G rather than UKW a lot more people are interested! she asked a few questions about haw many were at the UKW training I did etc.
I politly declined her offer for now. resisted the temptation to ask her how much per night for a twin axle winibago 😆
