sorry, but these xcel forms are doing me in. How do you email them? If I click file>send as email. it fills out a email of unintelligable characters. So I have attatched the excel file instead.
The mail has now bounced. sent it to orders@iseappliances.co.uk as indicated on the form itself.

Jeff, check the module for a dry joint on the motor relay, a common problem on these, also the module plugs burn their pads on the module. a sliver of solder usually did the trick. The other thing on these was the temp sensor which caused all sorts of problems not at all related to heating! that model number is correct.

Re: Culprit found for Fire Alarm at Hotel

For those who weren’t there, here is the full story.
We were all gathered in the bar area of the hotel on Friday night. This particular bar had all the attractivness and atmosphere of an airport lounge, without the hope that maybe some time soon you would be flown of to some exotic location. Most of us sensible enough to realise this had disperesed to their respective rooms for TV, sleep or whatever they had in mind. That included me which left a UKW drinking hardcore in the bar.
I personaly watched a re-run of the excellent ‘The Shield’ before drifting off to dream land. At around 1.30 it all hit off. One of those mysterious plastic things on the ceiling started emmiting a noise surely conjoured up in Hell. In the darkness, I reached for my phone thinking it was that gone crazy, my watch, TV remote, hotel telephone anything just to stop the racket. Slowley it dawned on me that maybe the fire alarm was going off. I looked through the peephole in the door and saw swarms of people in nightclothes passing the door. It reminded me of a scene from towering inferno, only there was no smoke. Reluctantly I thought I should join them. I pulled on my clothes, grabbed laptop, phone and credit cards and headed out the door. The lobby/ bar area was now filling with the world and his wife in various states of undress, no one really knowing where to go and the hotel were as spectacularly lacking in the fire drill procedure department as they were in evey other department. So all this sleep dazed panic is happenning and only one group of persons didnt even bother to get out of their seats. guess who? Yeah, the UKW hardcore who it seems to me were oblivious to the fact that the alarm was sounding at all.
It was, we presume, a false alarm, thankfully.

well i got 6, but had to give 5 sachets each.
Think the form should include a ‘no information passed on’ tick box kind of thing, and maybe a P&G logo or something to make it look more official.

Mag is part number 31753H from electrue. The diode is obsolete but they are pretty standard. would think 17951 will do the trick.

Can you tell us if the circ pump ‘twists’ directly onto the sump moulding or is it remote from the sump and connected by hoses. Should be able to source a Brandt one a fair bit cheaper.

In Business, but the BBC player should open and start playing direct from that link, does on mine anyway. Give it 10 secs or so to load.

Coincidently, on the way up to the UKW meeting, there was a programme on Radio 4 that featured this very company.

Listen again here, up to a week later:
