The Gen number is A030203 and is only £9 odd from electrue and you get a new gasket with it!
The usual problem fitting these is the earth wire dropping off which needs the cooker pulled out to re fit. You can often see the tag hanging just behind the hole (which is a soft metal plate behind the oven back) if you enlarge this with a slotted screwdriver to enable the tag to be pulled through with a fine point long nose pliers it will save a lot of effort.

the later front lip is retained by a wire band while the earlier had a plastic ring with 6 or 7 screws. There was also an earlier type a bit narrower but lets not go there incase we stir up all the old codgers on this forum. 😉

    Cheers Mike

It just so happens I am collecting these clips due the amount of repeat failures of these heaters. the name is DETIKER and the particular one for those heaters is 28-39 and is only 5mm wide. These are worm drive so obviously re -useable.

dual fuel or all electric? either way, the hob splits in 2, the two angled screws in the middle of the hob is the key.

I have to say that on one score I’m really disappointed though as it seems none of the mainstream manufacturers are here, certainly none of the big names which is a very poor show.

    K.

Most of us read the pre show bumpf and realised it wasnt worth the effort. 😉

Last time i went, that bloody great river next door was about to burst its banks. Was a good turn out though that year.

the earlier type is763735661 while the later (after 24/04/03) is 763737113 the way to tell is how the door lock itself is mounted. If it clips into the facia then its the earlier type, if its screwed onto the stainless inner door then its the latter.
(its usually the earlier type that breaks)
Can order for you if you want. PM me if interested.

carefull here as there are 2 of those red spiders, most take 6304 and 6305 with seal 55X3678.
But the 1600 (ie WFH1671) uses 6305 & 6306 with the seal 55×2521 as the other Mark points out. You need to post the model number to be sure.
Nice easy bearing job though! 😉
