Updated some stuff earlier, and sent a test job which arrived in about 30 seconds. Good stuff, impressed Ken! My WTA status is now back.
Notice the 2 listings under mine are both defunct companies though.eastlmark

ModeratorRe: Smeg timer part number
from smeg site:
816290735 CLOCK (GREEN DISPLAY) CAN USE 816291317 (WHITE DISPLAY) £139.10
have no experience fitting so cannot advise any further.
can sweeten the customer up by telling them about the low power consumption of the white clock.

ModeratorRe: BSH trade eshop closing
have sent first order and yes discount is as before. Only reservation so far is that it seems we have no access to our account details to check on past orders etc.

ModeratorRe: BSH trade eshop closing
😳 just searched my inbox and found I did get the password. I had assumed that email was just a copy of the letter I received and did not bother reading it! Thanks for you help, password now changed! Whats more BSH have confirmed my “missing orders” are now on their way.

Martin wrote:Today the day chosen by BSH to stop all trade accounts via the BSH eShop and switch to their ‘Quickfinder’ system. The new format eShop is now up and running for retail customers and I have to say it is very slick and fast. Meanwhile the trade Quickfinder website, so far at least, I have found is equally as fast and simple to use & navigate.
I’ve not placed an order as yet but having ‘tested out’ various regular items that I normally would order, the system works just fine. It indicates stock levels with their odd choice of RED spot or Green spot(the former indicating out of stock the latter in stock)next to the item in question.
As far as discount levels are concerned I cannot comment other than to say that mine is unaffected by the change (but more than 15{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}).
Beyond that, the proof of the pudding etc etc….. 🙂
is that a “yes” you have received you password then Martin?

dont worry, thats just their general number and are useless anyway.
Seems also that recent orders sent through on E shop have been lost and we now have no record of what was ordered or in the basket, as the site has gone (unless of course you printed out the orders, I didnt!)
So a right muck up if you ask me.eastlmark
ModeratorRe: BSH trade eshop closing
has anyone received their quickfinder log in password as per the letter? I havent and E shops have now gone.
