I also seem to remember if the sleeve on the motor shaft is knacked ,it’s a complete motor, might be wrong but something in the back of my mind says i might be right! 😕 😕

Hi Col, might seem daft to ask but have you run it through the test programme [see error codes etc]? Also is there a load in the m/c ie big towel on it’s own? Could be it carn’t balance the said load! Hope it helps if not i’m sure somebody on this site will put you on the right track!

Cheers 916700276 is one of the bits I need ,but also need the bit that actually screws into the spray arm,greyish plastic bit about 1 3/4″ across by 1/2″depth with a few threads on it..

I’ve had a few like this, sometimes it’s the cut-out [microtemp?] in the motor, motor seizing up when warm/hot or cut-out on the cavity or a spade connector to the motor burn’t out [had one of them last month]hope that helps..Chris.

I’ve been using Zonealarm & Symantec Antivirus, so far so good, I hope i haven’t just put the kiss of death on all that 🙁 😥 :rolls:

Thanx for that Dave, don’t know if customer has gone elswhere [of badly at the mo] also thanx for the e-mail unfortunately my PC isnt letting me open/download any files either, is it on sick with me ? Have we both got a virus? Any body on this site know about PCs?

I guess these m/cs are similar to the DWF types that HTPT use I would check heater or dispencer, also does the motor still turn over freely when the m/c stops?
