ParticipantRe: Advice re door on Miele Dishwasher please
Thanks Seamy for the info, will take a look at the machine when I return.
I have never taken on any Meile before, just that I was in the house re a T/D and a cooker, and customer asked about the dishwasher.
Cheers

No complaint about fridge not working properly.
I did miss the service bulletins, thanks for drawing my attention to them, have now read them, and it appears the new magnet is for lights that don’t turn off when door is in closed position. So still stuck on this problem.
Thanks for your reply Cab

ParticipantRe: strix regulator
Looking on Connect Mediator, finds a Belling Farmhouse 900, and it lists a Strix regulator. But it is now superseded by the 31er14m simmerstat. Which has two threaded holes for bolt fixing.
Had some Strix simmerstats a year or so ago from Stoves, from memory the were fixed to the control panel with a threaded long bush that picked up on to the very short threaded boss on the simmerstat.
Sorry can be of no more help.

Thanks for reply Bryan, but sorry can’t send a picture of the handle, as the handle is missing from the oven door 😯 Rental property ❗ ❗
Will wait to see if you have any luck in identifying it.

Hi Martin
The tablet was in the bottom of the machine almost completly dissolved when I opened the door after it had stopped heating, so don’t think there is a problem with dispenser. Thanks for your suggestion.Cheers
