lux shows it as a Chinese built unit they also list a mod kit to stop icing up
have you checked for ice build up at the back as they say frost free but ice can still build up
if you have not checked suggest client turns unit off with doors open for 2 days and see what happens from there

if this is the one I think it is 2 resettable stats on the dryer heater
check the bottom of the condenser tends to block with fluff and can cause this

ModeratorRe: Check water light on Bosch dishwasher
there is a contact at the side of the dishwasher that counts the water in
go to
http://www.bosch-home.co.uk/store/spareparts/searchput in your Enr and bring up the diagrams
page 4 of the breakdowns item 0405 left hand side
its either this ( most likely) a broken wire to this unit or a faulty in the board

first thing to check is for blocked filters, blocked arms, and has it taken in enough water

get a table lamp, take the plug off and connect the wires to your isolator. if the lamp work than neither will your drierDave

ModeratorRe: Bosch D/W check water?
from my point of view you cant rule it out till you have swopped it
although from experience it normally fails on the first fill you cant rule out the fluke factor ie its intermittent and just happens to get through the first fill also on the first fill the unit will be cold

ModeratorRe: Bauknecht drum stopped going round
seized drum cannot be brushes
take off belt
if drum turns prob the motor if it does not its either drum bearings or something stuck between the drums ( a few socks can jam a drum )
