that may not. that bush is designed to be porous to allow oil to be inside it to lubricate it as a bearing
you need a non porous, non corroding ring

i assume you have wet clothes in it
without clothes it would detect no dampness and abort after a cooling cycle which is what its doing

the tap symbol flashing just means it has a problem. if its not flashing its water
have you checked the pump is not jammed ?
since i have just seen your other post. you seem to have a pump not running problem. check wiring then the board

ok if thats the case it means the machine is trying to pause
think i would try cleaning the panel around the start button in case of contamination

serial gives it a date of aug 2019 which is a little older than you think
date code 9908 99+20 =19 so 2019 08 is month so august
try running a drop of light oil into the motor bearings and see if it gets quieter.
prob not the inverter but can never be certain. if you had lost an inverter phase it would struggle to move when loaded during wash. is this the case ?
