I dont know for certain on this model but a lot of them measure the fluctuations in motor speed as the drum revolves

you need to connect to the solder pads on the caps. you dont need much of the wiring in to do it just the mains and the cn04 connector. get the board as stable as possible
what i am hopiing is you get no power which make it poss ic01 is the fault

fay make elements. they take a stock element which is straight and bend it to match the one they want. its facinating to watch as i have done a few times

the only thing that may stop it is the low wattage but if you dont ask you dont get

i would carefully remove the element. its probalby going to be in poor condition but try to preserve the shape as much as possible. you can show them the link i posted so they can see spec etc . make sure the wires are never going to touch anything while the element is out

they make elements. had a few made by them as i dont live to far away but am sure they may be able to help. they will need the old element as they will need to reuse the bracket.

OL on a meter normally means overload or the meter is on a lower voltage scale then the voltage on the circuit

if your measuring sully voltage from the mains to the board you need the meter on AC volts and a scale above 250

sounds like its not detecting the water coming in. the flow rate does not matter a lot as long as its not too slow.

you say you have changed the pressure switch assume you checked the pressure chamber was not blocked feeding it

if yes then you could find the electrical connection to the board and remove and replace it in case its a bad connection

if all that fails am starting to suspect a poss board fault

did you check for blockages to the pressure sw ?

if you watch the water going in does it keep going till it faults out or does it pause ?

always a difficult one, had these units leak all over the place including one where the spot welds were faulty and it spat water out when it was running

all you can do is run it with a torch in hand and hope it leaks

flashing light is not an error code

chances here its the other board with the fault or both of them

Wiring info does not give connection info to the display board but my guess is the power supply for this board will come from the other board. it may take the form of one voltage or 2. if its 2 you may have lost oner of them

to be honest its a pile of junk with little or no spares available

you can check air flow and blocked filters etc but beyond that bin it

Bush is an argos own brand with little or no backup, avoid it

    there will be no parts

the only thing you can do is see if you can get to the board and check for blown caps

    if no its scrap
