Moderatorwhat you will have to do is buzz the wires through and find out where it goes
disconnect the pump and using a meter find out which board contacts they go to
the diagram should give you an idea where to look

Moderatorthat looks ok quickly
the power relay for the pump will possibly be one of the orange relays but i cant see the whole board
often there are little orange ones for the pump and valves etc but they could be black

Moderatoryes knobs can be stiff and getting the plastic front off can be fun as well. it should push down about a mm and then come out of the top

Moderatorthe big grey one powers the whole board and you need to change the domed one as well

Moderatoryes it the board the selector knob is attached to
while your in there if you can. locate the relay operating the pump and check its not permanently closed

Moderatorfirst thing I would do is pull the pcb and look for water damage
had a few of them where water has got to the thin tracks at the bottom of the board causing corrosion and shorting the tracks together

Moderatorwont be the air tank unless the counting wheel is sticking for some reason
does the water light come on ?
these faults can be hard. it could be a board fault miscounting the water coming in, missing a pulse ever now and then. you could go to the board and remove and replace the connection from the reed valve to make sure its getting a good signal
it could also be the main pump motor. dont forget these days the motor are used as sensors to check water levels at various stages so they dont need a pressure switch

Moderatorpics went with a forum upgrade
post a pic of the board
you have a size limit so you can post a pic on something like google pics and post a public link

Moderatorits not so much the loom its the routing
bad design
most looms that go horizontal for 75mm or so at the door hinge are less likely to give problems
the ones that go straight through are bending in the same place and so snap after so many uses

Moderatoryes agree look for module damage as its a quick easy thing to do
the problem with this fault is all the flashing light means is I have a fault, no better than a check engine lamp
can be all sorts of this right down to broken wires in the door
I would check the heat exchange valve for continuity. if you happen to have a valve lying around swop the electrical connection and try it
assume you have checked pump is not jammed as they can be very quiet if jammed completely
