I would do a total defrost and see what happens then

yes but if you blow air in with no outlet there would be no airflow and therefore no cooling

if its partially blocked then it cools a bit but not enough

check the inlet flap if its open and not cooling it cant be a stat problem

are you saying the fridge is not working ?

if fridge is not working there will be 2 ducts in and out. if out is blocked by ice it wont work

have you tried turning off at the plug and opening the doors for 2 days to totally defrost

dont think its a thermosat you want it more like an element problem

the trip is sensitive to earth faults. when elements get hot they are more likely to trip

ok dont get mixed up between drain pump and wash pump

when you first start a progamme the drain pump runs then it fills. some people assume is the wash pump thats running but often it doesn’t.

from there the water enters and the wash pump is started after that

I forgot the style of pump you had and to make things more difficult I cant access Beko Tech anymore

your pump is the digital version. its supplied by a constant mains feed then down the data wires the pcb tells the pump what to do and when

faulures can be either the motor itself, the data wiring to the control board or the control board

jumping the gun a bit by replacing the pump without checking its the fault

was it new or used,

is it getting warm after you run it

trying to work out if the pump is being energised

have you opened it 5 mins in and see if any water going in

no looking up manual cant see a child lock

Next thought would be door lock switch

owners manual says as below. no mention of beeps

Qualtex show stock of it but dont know how they can sell it

they wont post it or send it by carrier due to rules on flammable products and they closed the trade counter

but the used to post it so not sure whats changed and as you now find out amazon do. so is it because they use own transport

by the looks of the tube its designed to take condensation and let it flow back into the sump down the tube

check the drain tube its properly clear
