you have been really lucky to get that amount of wear out of a budget appliance. not sure who makes it but wae get some machines were we cant get any spares even 4 or 5 years old

on a google search the fault come up as

In some Bosch washer/dryer models, an E12 error code can indicate a problem with the communication between the control board and the dryer heater sensor.

all this could mean is a faulty sensor or a broken wire

well can only be bearings or spider

to check take lid off, your drum revolves but it also moves up and down which it should not. if you lift the drum up and down and the pulley does the sale its bearings if not its spider

but getting spares for this cou be challenging

does look like a board communication problem

cant say which board though

have you tried removing links beteween board and refitting ?

so your probably looking at a sensor problem

which one well thats another story as we cant get Bosch tech

check door lock is operatijng correctly

make sure you can see all the way through the condensor

hold the door filter up to the light and make sure its not blocked

remove the rear and check the heater for blockages also check the elements make sure they look straight and not twisted up

there is a commercial code if model is DIN15310 it would be 7630463877

the model number is on the frame of the machine usually round the door rim

the number on the motor will be a number from the manufacturer which wont be Beko

whenever you take numbers fir any machine you have to take it off the label on the machine as reciepts and owners books are not accurate enough to reliably order parts

if i has an accurate model and serial no i could look up the correct motor part no and check for any tech bulletins to see if there is a common failure

if you serial no is correct the unit was build jan 18

ok as a long shot disconnect the wires to the heater. insulate them and try the machine then

tried to look it up but you have a wrong model no

it will have a commercial code something like 7621051642

this is a digital motor its fed 240v but the other signal comes from the board to tell it to start and sometimes what speed

in your case i cant be 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain but it will be an inverter failure inside the motor. if you strip it you may find damaged components if they are visible
