Moderatorjust checked its free standing so only 12 months guarentee
to claim of anyone you would have to try and prove damage was in the unit before delivery. that could be hard
does the floor look like its been bent upwards ?

Moderatorall you can do is gently squeeze the terminal with pliers to tighten it. if it loosens again then the metal may have degraded and it would need a new terminal fitted. if its left loose it will burn out and you may have to replace the element again as it will damage that terminal as well

drill 2 holes and add a rivet nut the correct size

Moderatorput spanners at the back and jam them in. Then use heat with a heat gun or blow lamp
then hit it with the nut on. bit of wd can help but oven will smell for a bit when used next timeDave

Moderatorif the fan has stuck it will heat but all the heat will rise
but with these oven the elements were always trouble so it possible the element has distorted and jammed the fan
as or the torx driver Aldi and Lidl often have sets

no the high voltage winding one end is bonded to the earth. so you will get a reading from high voltage lead to earth. and if yes thats good

Moderatorif it does nothing just double check all the door microswitches are activating
