Moderatorthat could well be just a bad connection
Do you realise you are dealing with 5000 Volt DC and in fault conditions there is enough stored energy to kill you after you have unplugged it
do you know the safety proceedures to follow to keep safe ?

Moderatorthere is a valve in the sump that has a rotating disc on it. its job is to aim the water flow from one bar to another. sometimes its aimed at the top bar and sometimes the lower. if you open the door you may be on the top bar part of the cycle so it may seem the bottom bar is not moving
these valves can fail so can the wires feeding it so it wont work and it may be stuck aimed at whatever bar it failed at

Moderatorthis is becoming an epidemic
this time a Siemans built in combination microwave. rust around the grill support allowes microwaves to leak out into the case and affect the electronics
built 2016 so about 8 years old, for an appliance of this manufacturer its well below expected standards

Moderatorfrom what i can remember E15 is a virtual sensor error
modern units measure the current to the motors and use this to determine fill level. foam etc
and from what other engineers have said on here its often the wash pump

Moderatorthat should work
they specify 12k NTC which is measured at 25 Degrees
they also list more than one so i assume they are interchangeable
the 300 one seems to supercede the rest

Moderatorwell you could check that
at the back of all washer motors is a little magnet that revolves in a coil known as the tacho
you can get a multi meter and check the tacho coil for continuity and check the magnet is revolving with the armature and not broken
if ok you can check wiring from the tacho back to the board to make sure the signal is getting there

Moderatorbad news yours has a sealed tub
part no 00714311 £303 from Siemanshttps://www.siemens-home.bsh-group.c…glebox=tb0322/
if you did get it apart you have to figure out how your going to weld it back together again and seal it. there is lots of stress on the joint from concrete weights and heavy washing etcas for the bearings they should not be a problem as they will use standard sizes but the water seal would have to be sourced from somewhere. it may be common one but you would need the numbers off it
