Bottle chillers will be noisey as they have fans inside as well as at the rear.
Basically dont expect them to be quite like your fridge in the kitchen.
Been told by work provider that I will be paid next friday into the bank as it has been signed off by the administraters.
Must admit had no new calls from wednesday but saying that they are still sending out parts for jobs from norwich so I am getting a bit confused by the whole affair.

Its will be the front pcb in door had this fault a couple of years ago like you thermal fuse open circuit luckily i had the pcb on the van and cured it.
If you have had water in the control panel will be due to one of two causes.
either something has spilt on the worktop and dribbled underneath it happens occasionally or the insulation is breaking down at that point which is most likley.
Unless it is really bad fit the PCB if it fails again then its goodbye freezer.

When you have defrosted it turn it on some times the fan fuse will blow.
Its behind the facia it will be a 1A glass fuse 20mm.

if the light works intermittingly then its down to the reed switch for the fridge door.
Check to make sure that the magnet support is screwed down tightly then check the dispaly pcb as this is were the reed switch for the door is housed.
The seals are available but to be honest the hassle in getting it off, the time and the new one never looks as good pay the extra and get the door but check the hinges as they do have a problem where they break
