ParticipantHave heard a tale someone (ex Nesn with a tie up to Servicepower and JT and INCE )has issued a winding up order for non-payment ( Empire investigating him for supposed fraudulent claims hence reason for non payment by nesn). Whether this true remains to be seen.

ParticipantDel ,calm down, all i am trying to get across to Ken and everyone else involved is there will be a backlash if they don’t start explaining to the trade whats happening.
We all know what people are like in our industry and I beleive it is necessary to start drip feeding information, after all this training thing started over 3 months ago and 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the trade dont know whats going on.I am trying to support/help UKW not hold it back or belittle it.

ParticipantI appreciate every sentiment Martin,
Are UKW doing the ‘Mushroom’ thing which is what every other organisation , DASA NESN LUX W/Pool and everyone one else is critisied for !!!!! Yes I do realise the importance of keeping things close to their chest for a while but rumours have been about for a while on this.
Perhaps you need to drip feed information.I am finding a lot of ‘suspician’ ‘critism’ etc related to this training/P&G thing. Which Ken answered in the ‘New building’ posting.
If UKW isn’t careful it may start alienating the trade, I think it needs to tell people whats going on.

ParticipantCooking was just an off the cuff comment , but spot on with dishwashers and anything electronic …
But there still does seem to be critism directed at UKW and this deal with P&G, the sooner you go public and explane whats happening to the masses the better….

Just to let you all understand the importance of the first round of training, there was two blind test groups set up about 18 months ago. One had training, but not as good as we’re about to deliver, and one had simple soap samples to hand out and some brochures. The ones that were trained returned a 35{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} better customer satisfaction and retention ratio as opposed to the untrained group.
K.
Not heard much about this training business, but all I seem to be hearing is, its sponsered by P&G and its about selling powder.
If thats the case how will it help the idiots I employee fix a cooker ?
( just an opinion, thats also floating around most the trade as well . Something you may need to rectify).Or is it customer care / skills training that is helping the satisfaction {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}age increase !
Or is it the case of 2 + 2 = 5 again

CDSL, too much power? I’m starting to think so and the situation there could become extremely dangerous for all of us but I have heard tell that not all in that garden is roses either, already.
K.Haven’t a few of us being saying this since day one. IMO I think the dust has settled and its turning into the ‘mastercare’ way of running a network. Which as we all know is not good – but what can be done now they have such a large market share !

Scratched MARBLE floor pulling an AEG range out !
And to top it off a personal injury claim for 2 broken wrists by a customer who slipped on the puddle in the kitchen , (we did write on the job sheet plumbing needed to be corrected and husband signed, we also left unplugged).
