try a wash timer, had a few strange faults on these adn fitted quite a lot of wash timers,
also check heater

think this was initialy set up to cater for customer who bought app from currys , who then called currys for an out of warranty repair,
currys would pass cust to rep-care , r/c would then pass on to agent , and agent would then get all the chargeable work, r/c would receive nothing..

someone oviously has noticed this and set up the scheme to make something out this chargeable work..
looks like its took legs and their marketing their sevices to a wider audience..

a tad eighties the breifcase thing ?. only looks the part if you actually fix the appliance.. can make you look like a right plonker if you dont.

ps i did have one back in the day , thought i was james bond of the appliance world..seriously thought about getting some dry ice hooked up to appear when i opened case.

found this googling… dont know if it will help with the fault i have,
but may be of use

Beko wma reset procedure
Turn power button off (not at wall)
Select 90 degree wash
Press Start and Cancel button down at same time for 3 seconds and turn power button on whilst still holding buttons down – Start light will flash.
Leave power on.
Select any Spin position.
Press Start and Cancel button at same time again for 3 seconds – other buttons may start to flash – if they do, press Start and Cancel button together again for 3 seconds.
Machine should be re-set ready for use.

possible fan failure in frz, you would need to strip frzr evap cover off to check, defo sensor can cause fan failure..
