the cleaning crew . oh ill just clean that up whilst its out
you go to van come back and there’s a snails trail of dog hair clumps of hair and biscuit and all sort of other crap just swept right over the area you are working in ..and a nice we mountain of crap right where your feet are going to be.
if your lucky they may have bleached it as well ..

GREAT EXCUSE … to say to customers sorry there is nothing that can be done . its European law , oh yes and maybe if you remove the 4 ton of dog hair from the hose it might work a tad better .

ParticipantRe: National Appliance Care ?
doenst NAC have a customer review site ? – that would be the best place to see if customers are happy with the service and cost .
im not against anyone making money that provide a service , i do think £20 a bit to much , most local guys will really on charge 40-60 for there time , if its just a pump unblock etc they will be walking away with as little as £20
not much profit there , considering 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of jobs are simple adjustments – blocked pumps etc this is a huge chunk of loss making jobs .
i would say if you have to pay for work then maybe £5-10 depending on the appliance .
jamie can you tell me how it works ..does NAC take £20 form a customer over the phone , and then pass the work to repairer ? .
then what happens ..

ParticipantRe: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?
i totally hate these arsy customers who say your the engineer when you ask whats wrong with it. my inner demons says – i got a feeling this is going to need a part thats out of stock ..haha
or i paid cash for this this , oh yeh £200 pound for a piece of Chinese crap mrs ,, i will drop everything and run to you asap.
.. do you get a lot of these – yeh there a piece of shi@@@t what do you want for £200 ..
my pals got the same one and she had the same fault – yeh like i said there a piece of crap.
what else can go wrong with this .. ehh everything
do you think i should take the extended warranty.. ehh hello i think your 1st clue is its only 1 month old and its failed .
the one i really hate – oh yes i couldn’t find one that would fit the space ,,, yeh so you ended up with the cheapest one in the shop .
dear customer i have a BS IN BS .. so be nice

ParticipantRe: industry kpi standards ?
i think the kpis are unrealistic and fancy full without van stock dreamland.
but i wanted to measure against similar stats .

ParticipantRe: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?
they all think we can magic the water out , i dont mind bailing them it is part of the job nowadays .. i get great satisfaction using there best tea cup etc .
is it just me but every other fridge call we get the customer has some medical reason that we should prioritize them.
it gets really tiring try to empathize with them , my who gives a shit reply has nearly crept out a few times ..lol
