looked at fagor fault code … e3 = check heater tunnel and door safety device …
poss heater fault …if you have changed door lock

no probs i have a couple of service manuals , but not for the model you have … one for merloni looking think and the other for haire built one ?

update this enigeer who attended has said …
fills for 2 secs and then you get a noise like a valve opening but no water coming through..
any other ideas …

cheers . we changed drain pump as we thought this was where noise was coming from , also cleared a lot of glass from pump/sump …
wondering if there some in wash motor ???

cant remember drain heater …you should get your customer to call samsung and get safety fuse kit done if its not already been done ..
and if your lucky they might repair fridge fault aswell

we got one in the other day leisure range cooker …
luckily was in other area so we sent it back … looks like agent in that area has refused it ..
i dont mind that much about service just didnt want to start on what would probally been an old manky range cooker ..???..
also if their is something wrong with cooker you can get a repair job as well ??..
we have been advised that valet is to make appliance cleaner than what it was .. bit of a grey area ..
