yep got some damp teatowels in it.
theres a service bulletin out on dryers 4546 exsept the env06 models
2uf capacitor 12oo81/3 is probmatic has to be updated to 125 64 18 20/1 with an internal heater.
its to stop the old capacitor remaining charged and being damaged

OK martin thanks for the input
the diagnostics wear done over the phone its sometimes difficult to a say whats wrong without siteing the appliance
its approx two years old it may have never been cleaned
if I’m correct the appliance is designed on start of 4 rotations one way then back in reverse the other way for a few times to separate the clothes ❓ it sounds like its stopping on the reverse cycle .

The Thing IV Noticed is I usually Sell between 2 & 6 New Ones Every Month.
its even dead On The Inquiries People Are Just Buying new Ones On The Catalog seen it before In 1980 & Early 90 they got no cash so its Easy to pay £6 A month And Forget About It. rather than pay For a simple pump change Or A Set Of Carbons.
Also my Local Coop Are Selling New ind Washers For A Whopping £145.00

it Messes The Job Up And U end up Putting In Loads of Time.
And The Impact Driver Is No Good
The Only way I Could Get Round This On the Job.

I Purchased a nice Little Blowlamp From my Local Plum Centre
if you Flash Some Heat On The Bolt Wait 3 Seconds Have Your Torx bit And Driver Ready And Gloves (HOT) Turn The Bolt Slightly If Tight Repeat The Second Time.
Don’T Forget to remove The Paddles.
I Can Guarantee This Will Work.
