Hi Dave, unfortunately over 2 years now. I do lots of Bosch/Neff but never had this fault. Will order small unit and advise in case anyone else encounters.

Sorry yes, I actually fitted a new motor as had one, this was not easy in the space i had believe me. i checked the heater on my first visit and didn’t get any earth leak, but after I had left and thought about fault it did ring bells I think I have done another make that had dodgy heater and similar symptons, but as this job took me so long I was late for other jobs so didn’t double check everything. i will revisit with time and check. thanks

Yes it is Dave, 230 volts to the board, which is why I thought it must have been the board, but still same on replacing.

I’ve happily used Masterpart for years, best prices I could find and next day service. I noticed quite a few months ago that suddenly if I looked up 7 items they would be out of stock of 6, whereas used to have most parts available. I have spoken to them as I was concerned and told they were seeking new suppliers as theirs were shut down. Thought it strange as even standard stock parts they always had were out of stock. I even had phone calls checking if I still wanted my back order spares, but I cannot get through today, so something is happening.
Shame as looks like another has bitten the dust.

It was the motor inverter board at rear.

Hi Simon,
This looks like a model I had a similar problem with in past ,draining very slowly/not filling etc, a bit intermittent. I changed the side chamber and sorted fault. I have since changed these chambers a couple of times for such faults. Part number 687148 water inlet. Good luck

Overfilling will be the flow meter at the rear, fitted quite a few.

Cheers Steve, yes checked heater, done a few with earth faults , I’ve cleared fluff on these also in the past, so think I will play safe and quote for thermistor and fan unit.

I have changed a couple of side chambers on these type of models for various faults like these, often for not taking water, poor pump out etc. look for any signs of blockages in it.
