Why are we worrying about drum changes on the bosch?
They rarely have to be done, I can count on one hand how many excell/logixx bearings I have done since they been about.
They were mainly due to commercial use or just sheer abuse.
Main parts for bosch are the usual – pumps,door gaskets,brushes nothing spectacular and the odd module.

Bosch currently have 2yr parts and labour. Parts are easy to get hold of either direct from BSH or pattern available for some spares.
Generally very reliable machines.

Remove front plinth, remove 1ft long ribbed hose from sump to metering unit and thoroughly clean and re assemble.

Can’t find model you mention so will assume SE25A091GB/17.
With appliance switched off, press and hold S4 (4th button from the right of display) and then switch on; the current hardness setting will be shown. If you keep pressing S4 again it will increment the hardness setting until desired setting reached.

The unit with the orange colouring I would imagine is the water softner unit. The colouring is normal and the unit will not need dismantling (not that you could)
If you have checked what I said and its draining ok, then you may want to consider an engineer from the link below.

Element is behind rear panel in oven cavity. Isolate oven at spur or fuse box before attempting any repair.
