    Ok, without model number lets use say AWO/D 5516 which is a 6th sense, F12 would be a heating circuit fault 😀

    We do sell genuine parts aswell 😀
    Its hard to say how difficult without knowing your ability 😕
    It can be quite difficult and will require the tank removing completely from the casing before anything else.
    You will require new front tank and rear tank (bearings do come seperate if you want to knock the old ones out and re-use the rear tank) halves and seal and new shock absorbers too. Depending on how bad the damage to bearings are you may need a new drum also 😯

    Hi 6 flashes is pointing to a fill problem ie – Cannot fill in designated time.
    This can faulty fill valve, kinked fill hose, clogged mesh filter in fill hose, low water pressure feeding appliance etc 😉
