    My initial reaction was that or the switch but no power is coming out of module to feed the fan motor.

    Hi

    Check the flow meter (bosch call it an impeller jug??) as this can cause the fault.

    Situated on the LHS looking from front. Water flows though this turning a wheel with a magnet on it. It causes the reed switch contacts to make/break sending puls to module

    In case part number is 424099

    Up to serial number 71226 it is c00092254

    from serial number 71227 it is c00262207.

    would suggest the second one for the serial number wou have quoted

    Diesel has hit £149.9 today. 😯 I have asked them to have smelling salts available in future for when I faint with the next bill.

    I had a WML540 the other week with similar symptoms.

    Fill, Pause, fill, motor starts to agitate will filling, lights all start to flash and pump kicks in to drain.

    When the lights/pump kicked in the water level was just over the edge of door seal which is too high.

    In my case turned out to be the pressure switch causing overfilling.

    May be worth checking pressure system is not blocked or there is a problem with the switch.

    Dont know if this link will help. It does cover some of the commercial front loaders by whirlpool.
    Most commerical dryers the front comes off to allow you access. Check jockey pulley and rear support rollers

    Model may be WVTI(not1)2840gb/03 which comes up on bosch site as a washer dryer
