Re: Diplomat APM6855/1 E- Fault code

    Hi Bob

Bingo – module gone on mine as well caused by lightning/power surge. It looks like it has been corrupted.

They had problems with power/lightning about 4 weeks ago on this island and this is when the problem started so I find out afterwards. Being a holiday let this was the only item left switched on and got damaged.

    Thanks for coming back

    Hi

I too have a schrieber apm6855 20044416632 which has -E- in the display. fridge section seems to be ok and get get fast freeze light to come on. compressor only seems to run for short periods and the freezer temp is about 2 degrees on display. Very little frost on evaporator,

Could this be the probes? could you also help with part numbers

    Many thanks

    Re: Beko DRCS76W

    Hi

You will need to check the front felt/front bearing unit for damage as Beko are having a problem or two with the belt breaking because of this.
up to serial number 10…….09 part number is 2966000300

from serial number 10…….10 part number is 2966001100

Has the customer complained of black marks on clothes as this will also be a sign of the front bearing/felt being gone.

It would be worth checking before you get a new belt/ heater

    Hi

Would check circuit through both cutouts and heater. Neutral is direct back to mains input.

Ensure tht you have 240v to heater on timed dry. If not check that yo have output from module plug KN2 (600w) and KN7 (1400w)
Both outputs are controlled by relays on board

    Re: Beko DRCS76W

    Hi

Do you mean the ones attached to the heater as theres are only available as part of the heater assy. From memory later heater will have a one shot cut out and a resetable cutout. the early version where both one shot.
heater part number is 2957500800 for both versions

    Hi Jim

Was there a white insert within the pipe connection going into the pressure switch?
If so remove it as it slows the air leaving the presure switch so the machine still thinks it is full of water. By the time it releases the machine has aborted. Had one years ago that did the same as you are descibing and this did the trick.

Maybe too late but hope this helps
