118247 got us no calls in a year! (Yes, I ask every new customer how they found us.)

Yell.com is far too expensive for what you get 🙁

And we tryed a year without advertising in the yellow pages book, and there was a noticeable drop in new customers. So we decided that we would have to carry on paying their brutal prices for advertising!

That’s the bit that interests me? 😕

Who reckons that figure would be 4 digits long?

    Re: tight customers

A customer dropped of a pretty new Dyson upright at the shop yesterday. It needed a new on/off switch and it was pretty blocked up. So, I rings the phone number left with me…

“I can sort it all out for £35?”

    “Fantastic, get it done!”

So this morning the other half came back to pick it up, pays me by switch, I load the vac in her car for her, then I get…

“Well, I’m affraid this episode has left a rather bad taste in the mouth! £35 is far too expensive for just fitting a new switch and giving the machine a service.”

    :bang:

I nearly slapped the bad taste out of her mouth 👿

It means that I don’t know which model you have, so I can’t really advise on how to split the tub 😕

But I can tell you that the tub will have a be removed from the cabinet so, yes, a dozen parts will have to be removed from the tub and it’s a big job!
