You could try a bottle-brush on the holes in the top of the soap-box. The little holes on the inside, where the water should come out.
Especially if your in a soft water area 🙂

Open the door, and turn the drum by hand. If there’s a fast, loud, continueous clicking noise, then the armature in the motor is goosed! (Dead washer)
Beside that, it might just need the motor fixing. It’s around a £40-£70 for a professional to sort it for you 😉

Aye, John has just phoned me, and is being very helpful, as usual 😀
I think if Goatboy Senior would have shown the customer how to use the child-lock function, we might not of had this problem 😉

I guess this is the semi-commercial machine your talking about, so this point shouldn’t really matter, but…
I’ve just had a second customer that chose the Bosch over the ISE, because the ISE didn’t have a 30 degree wash :eeek:
That will be the next push from the facist enviromentalists. “Start washing at 30c, rather than 40c.”

We sell the WAE24162 as our cheap machine.
A couple of month back, the model number changed from 24162GB to 24162UK.
It appears that one machine comes from the Turkish factory (GB I think), and the other machine comes from the Portugese factory?
The only difference between the machines, that I have noticed, is the transit bars, and the packaging 😕
