    I got a customer with one of those Hotpoints with a purple door. And he still has it :tup: And I keep patching it up! (Tight sod won’t buy a new one)

    Sounds reasonable, even in the engineers (I’m an engineer me) favour.

    Of course, proving something is a completely different matter.

    I find with most people, if you find the fault, then agree a price before you repair the machine, these problems can be avoided.

    Taken 5 minutes ago. It’s pretty tidy actually, because the scrapman has been this morning 😉

    I think you can see the plant growing out of the wall there, near the gate. I’ve named him Peter! He never usually has chance to get that big before GB senior rips him out, so he’s doing very well :tup:
