Hate them, hate them!

Last year, when I challeged the rep over their high prices, he threw a stroop and threatened to leave 👿

Then, us advertising in 4 different catagories wasn’t enough for them. They sent us a letter pointing out a potential 20-odd new catagories for us to consider 🙁

Washer sales… washer spares… washer service… washer rentals… dryer sales… dryer spares… etc

Luckily, nobody in this area was stupid enough to take them up on the offer of a new catagory!

Buy the £200 cooker off them, and it will be a French/Italian/Turkish cheap, flimsey piece of rubbish! And reliablity will be poor 🙁
