It sounds like a module problem 😕
It’s very hard to tell without seeing the machine first-hand and that is mostly a guess.

That sounds like your problem to me!
Investigate that bit a little further. Put it on a program, press start, then open the soapbox, and see if any water is comming in.
If it’s not filling with water, it will go into fault mode, as you described.
Maybe a frozen fill pipe? It is very cold today?

I phoned up Electrue technical yesterday, and… they answered the phone, straight away. 😯 It wasn’t enagged for 2 hours! 😀 Then the guy on the phone was chatting to me about random stuff? He must have been really bored! 😆

I finally got my first Christmas tip yesterday 😀
Twas a very generous customer. The bill was £47, and she gave me £60, then a little wink, and sent me on my way.
I sure that’s the biggest tip I’ve ever got! 😀
