Ta, Chris but the one I’m after has more bayonet lugs the UN51112 looks like the D/W one.

Cheers tim, but this ones mounted at the front of the machine and is a bayonet fit. It different to the old Servis/ universal red bayonet type.

Timely post Paul, Going to a call tomorrow and apparently one of the kids had climbed onto the work top and fell off on to the Neff D/W door. I would have suspected hinges but will have a good look at the inner door.

Depending how busy I was, If like this week rushed of my feet I would have offered the same advice. I think most customers remember things like this and would call you again, And if its an Indesit probably sooner rather than later 😆

Thanks again Chris, This cooker is beginning to haunt me its 9 years old, cost just short of a grand and the customer wants it fixed pronto!. As the part is a special order I might advise her to call Gias.

The lettings manager of an agent I work for suddenly resigned and moved to another company, He called me and asked if i want work from his new firm but said they charge 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} commission on maintenance work and would I be happy with this arrangement. I told no problem! as I will add 10{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} + the vat content to all my invoices, He agreed straight away so the every ones happy except the landlord. I have done work for C…..W… Lettings and have not found them to bad on payments.

Thanks for that Mike handy site, Looks like a new motor required then. This machine was bought from Costco and being an American company it seem they import direct from the states as the model number showed on the American site but not on Connect or Masterpart.

Cheers Chris, I have tried to order the knobs for this oven in the past but one fitted but was smaller and the other ones the shaft was to long. I wonder if they have changed the knob to the smaller one which the customer would proberly go with.

Hi Deltra I made a simple database with Microsoft Access, same as you all needed was custs name, address and phone number, parts fitted and pt numbers and most importantly how much i charged them 🙂 Have found it very handy when you get the one who says ” you only repaired it 6 mths ago” and when you check it was 2 years. If you have any of the MS Office Pro suites Access should be bundled with it.
