ParticipantRe: Shower Doctor Website
I repair quite a few showers and have found this firm very good, normally get parts next day, Cheaper than Shower Doc as you get discount if you tell them your trade
I Had a problem with a Mira Advance and found the Mira tech dept very helpfull you should be able to get the number from the above site.

Looking forward to this job going up in puff of smoke then 🙁 The annoying thing is the new module was £66 which is not a bad price for AEG. And as it was a integrated machine I thought £125 would be a fair price for a repair,

ParticipantRe: Europart Account
Good thing then as last time I ordered a pattern crosslee T/D belt it cost me £18 with P and P. 😯 That was a couple of Mths ago so I presume my net access has been canceled as well, Don’t matter as I will not be using them again.

ParticipantRe: Letting agency work – tenants fault – who pays??
Always check with the agent that the property is is not a let only, If it is the landlord pays you direct and some of them can be a bit slow in paying. Have had this a few times and the agent has had to chase the payment for me.

ParticipantRe: Letting agency work – tenants fault – who pays??
Had the same problem with one agent I worked for and it came to the crunch when I called to remove a bra wire from a pump and the tenant never paid me. Quite simple, After that any fault I came across was not the tenants fault. i e Belt loose, loose connection on heater, sticky brush. This way landlord happy agent happy, tenant happy and more importantly I,am happy .

ParticipantRe: Whats the General Consensus of this
Talking about turnover and profit I have always wondered what the ratio should be for a successful business! Mines approx 50/50m, But I think someone on this forum once quoted the phrase’ Turnover= Vanity Profit = Sanity’. Which seemed very sensible to me.
