Had a bosch WFX3267GB/03 with a faulty pump today, As the machine was purchased in 28/6/04 I told cust to try to claim under the Bosch 2 year guarantee, But after reading the paperwork it looks like they will not honor it unless you register the machine first. If the customer claimed that she did send off the form would Bosch do the job under guarantee.
I feel a bit guilty about about this customer as previously she had a Creda (Hotpoint Clone) which had cost her about £150.00 in 2 years and when it died I suggested a Bosch as the best replacement😳 Goose

Called back on Monday, Worked fine all weekend must have been down to bad connection on the dispenser

They may have been 10 years before your time then! known them for twenty five years but never got to know the surnames but I think they were in the Old Servis Days.Goose

Called back today, Fitted new coil same fault! In desperation I adjusted the water level on the P/switch Remade the conections to the new coil and It then started working ok 😕 Not sure now if it was just a bad connection the the wax motor on the dispenser or a water level prob.
told cust to try it over the weekend and I will call back MondayGoose

This is for a very long standing and loyal customer of mine and
one who I would go the extra mile for. So I hope its the
dispenser rather than the PCB as I know she cant afford the price of a new circuit board.Cheers Goose

Dave, I should have remembered that from all the previous posts on the subject. Could I just wire in a good coil to see if it cures the fault before I order a new dispenser?
