    Try changing the door switch as they also cause that fault

    Hi just looked up the pt no and I get 481231019121 Control board 9M Models
    not sure if the code changes and I cant check it sorry

    Machine has failed to prime with water within approx 3 mins Basically no fill.

    If you can hear water coming in check the spray arm is fitted correctly and the flapper valve is working OK on the arm

    Unplug the appliance for about a minute then plug back in.
    It should do a self defrost, if the fans kick in it will be the rear board faulty.
    That loose black wire is normal

    It will be the magnetron and inverter board …you need to replace as a pair 480120100536 Platine inverter 480120100525 Magnetron

    Switch the appliance off at the mains and leave for about 1 min then switch back on. It should go into a defrost but if the compressor starts up it will need the rear board.
