    Its a smeg built washer dryer. Check the dryer element isnt down to earth

    It is because there are 2 different manufacturers of elements that have different stats that work at different temperatures. If the element you are replacing is made by the same manufacturer there is no need to re programme it.

    Just for info F01 is heater relay on the board. Personally I always replace the board and heater as a pair as you tend to get an F06 recall if you just change the board hope this helps

    They use the bpm motor on the higher end machines as it has a soft start They have been in use for at least a couple of years

    loads of problems with dryer ntc,s If it has a black one fitted change it as the new ones are white in colour

    Pretty sure it is the inverter board type usually the magnetron either mag down to earth or cracked magnets Whirlpool advise to change invertor board and mag as a pair pretty expensive repair

    Whirlpool top loaders have used them for years no problems

    Sounds like a blockage in the system, Check that the filters are clean and that the rubber hose underneath is not collapsing.

    You need to check the 12 nc as it is not listed on wedoc ;you very possibly have the wrong board
