    Its the part that connects to the water inlet hose dont forget unplug before you touch anything

    I work for Brtish Gas and this is the answer we were given by our technical safety manager.

    Only operatives who are deemed competent I.e. hold the apropriate ACS qualification and are registered for the service and repair of gas appliances shall be allowed to carry out repair work on gas appliances,however

    :Where repair work on a dual fuel appliance does not require the disconnection/reconnection or adjustmentof any gas connections(not includingthe bayonet connector) this work is not considered work covered by the gas safety (instalation& use) Regulations.

    the company I work for employs a few lady engineers and tbh they put quite a few of their male work colleagues to shame.
    no problems at all about tub changes they just get on with it and their quality figures are second only to mine…………………but then I am godlike 😆 😆 😆

    I use the copper pipe method really easy takes about ten seconds to do 🙂 🙂

    Vigo is a very nice place even though it rained whilst we were there would like to re visit it sometime 🙂 🙂 btw jim there is a large shopping complex next to where the ship docks and if you are as sad as me you can go and have a look at all the wonderful applances sold in spain 😈

    I had exactly the same fault on this model and it was the brushes.

    the machine does a self test at the begining of the cycle and tests the motor first hth

    Its worth checking the wiring where it clips under the tub had a few break there hth

    I spent £3oo on a panasonic genius in 1987 never failed yet same bulb great m/wave
