ParticipantRe: Miele Condenser dryer t495c on/off switch
Thanks for the part number Don. Just been having a look on eBay to see if any of the German auctions send to the uk and only one of them does. It works out at nearly the same price as connect with the shipping. Damn

Yes, the new element seamed to read OK, but I was just getting live at all the connections coming to it. Thought it would be a pcb just never had to swap one as of yet.

Cheers JJ, thought that myself, but just presumed both of the ovens on the range would have had grill elements in them in them.

Yeah, i’ve had quite a few of these go like this so far this year. Its the first thing I look for now with a burning smell. I always swap the loom instead of rewiring and never been back to one.

ParticipantRe: Servicenet
Had a call today from one of guys from ServiceNet today. Thanks for the heads up guys, politely told them I wasnt interested. I used to do the work for the old service net in Newcastle, some years ago, before they went out of business. Great to deal with, paid 30 days on the dot. Those were the days…….

ParticipantRe: Kenwood D/w KDW12ST3A Door wire
You are correct my friend, been out to see it today and it doesnt have a tensioner. I’m confusing it with the other Chinese cr@p on the market. The spring had gone and is now fixed.
Thanks for your time Dave
