If I could I’d give it a shot. Took me five mins to type this!

Sorry if I seem to be an ignoramus. Thanks Shaun; I shall return and check all that you have said.
P.N. Would be great if we could get these error codes in some form of order in this site. Like brand name titled or something so you don’t have to trawl through all of them until you find it. Not a nag, still a brilliant font of knowledge, just a thought.

E82: Error in reading the RESET/OFF position of the programme selector.
E83: Error in reading the programme selector code
    E93: Incorrect machine configuration.
Above is a section of all I can find on Zanussi.
What is E91? (or have I done too many today?)

probably got an anti-flood float switch built in. He may have spilt some water whilst messing with the filter.

Just had a thought. Don’t these have a door lock over-ride? Unlocked by pressing 2 buttons or something?

I asked him last night but doesn’t have a mobile phone and I think his camera is the type you put on a tripod and put a blanket over your head. It’s a good hour and a half round trip as well so hoping to be fore armed.

Bit complicated as had to disconnect dryer fom mains due to cable 18 inches long!! Not a lot on tomorrow so might be worth a return check-up. Just hoping someone would say yay or nay to be being open circuit. So what if the stat should be open circuit and I short them what should happen? Just hope it heats if I do short them temorarily. No diagram, machine purchased second hand.

    Re: Zan zwc1300w fault code

Got back to it today (customer been away) No dodgey connections etc, heater & motor meggered ok. The 11 flashes now happen as soon as you turn machine on. All programmes, door open or shut makes no difference.
If it comes to it, where is the cheapest 3kg w/m I can get?

Thats my next job. Tiny machine in a pokey cupboard, sniffing dog…you know the type. Hoping the code would be more specific.

Could be chaffed insulation on a cable intermittently shorting to earth whilst machine is moving. Check all cable anchor points where this may be happening.
Intermittent ones are always the worst.
