ajn anti loss hose

its a small black hose from the base of the dispenser to the pump

on some earlier models, that rubbed on the weight, and a small hole sprayed a fine mist of water over ther pump , which caused th e problem u have

just a thought, ive been and fitted a 2nd board before i found it – costly mistake

does this machine have an anti loss hose?

if it has, id be checking that first

1 of 2 things (and you really gotta hope its the first one)

in the duct at thr front, theres a stat
its easily accessible.. just open the door and look up, its there, with 2 screws in place
thats the usual culprit

if it aint that, its the board, and theyre knockin £90

a simple continuity test with a meter, wqith the plug out is enough… your no good dead, remember

hotpoint machines are notoriously shocking at doing a decent defrost
