Lovely machine. First thing I did was pop the top off and check the tub wasnt sealed, and it wasnt 😀
Very quiet, at its loudest when filling or emptying, extra 0.5 kg load space seams huge and the 1400 spin is a vast improvment over the 1200 of the old Creda.
Great bit of thinking next to the pump inspection hole thingy, a pull out flexable pipe that lets you drain most of the water out befor removing the cap :worthy:
if its the one with the weight at the bottom, id be tightening it up… it isnt pretty when they fall off, trust me

Participantit does take up to 7 minutes for the fan and heater to come on
have you tried waiting?
e10 is usually the green valve, but it could just be a blocked condenser
take the cap off at the top of the soap box and make sure theres water goin in
hope this helps

Participanta make would be helpful?

Participantis there an echo in here?

Participantitll want a defrost heater and cut out (all together in the same part number)
and the defrost heater needs to be moved lower down on the evaporator to stop the ice balling
simple repair, takes around 25 mins and it wont happen again.. all covered under your 12 months warranty
i wont comment on the previous post
ill send you the bulletin if you need it clarifying

Participantpersonally, id push the lid backwards

it will come off, you just gotta be a bit tough with it

Participantpower or not, the clock dictates whether the oven works
have u checked its not just been knocked on to automatic?
its unusual for them to go dead, u usually get SOMETHING!
helo_75
Participanthave you put the spring on it?
thats what gives you the tension
helo_75
Participantmodel number?
usually somewhere on the inside of the door
might have one i can email youhelo_75
Participantits because its a washer dryer
they tend to run hot and trip the thermal fuse because they run for long periods on dry with next to no water in it
i mean wow.. 2 pumps in 5 years? i aint even gonna entertain that comment
helo_75
Participantmost will
they usually have a time out on the pcb, and if they dont heat theyll finish off, so theyre not stuck full of water
usually a dry joint on the pcb if the heater tests out ok
helo_75
Participantcheck the terminal block, for starters
then follow the live back, there will be a toc inline with the clock, if that s ok, its the clock!!!
