Participantive never fitted a pcb yet
bearings are going down left, right and center
yes, ive had the fire!! and the motors really are bobbins, fit loads of em, brushes usually last at best 1 wash
and of course, theres a slow boat from china appears once a month, and thats to supply the whole of the country, so its not exactly helpful
i still think comet will stop selling them.. someone, somewhere will die, im sure of that

nad, unfortunatley, the hobtop has to come off, which involves removin panels.
cant stop you doing it, but we have to advise calling a corgi registered engineer!!

Participanterm.. just have a quick check round, and make sure theres no other wires been pulled off when you took the motor off.. i.e heater wires 1st
main culprit for that is the pcb
just bare in mind it was fine before you put brushes in, so it could well be that youve pulled a wire off somewhere (we’ve all done it ! )good luck, and make sure the plugs out!

one sites honest and open, been open for years with fully qualified engineers with a combined service age of over 1000 years .
the other one interviewed 6 people and everyone had something negative to say
up to you if you believe us, best thing to do is buy one, and find out , isnt it
