Participantit can be rectified
1 & 2 flashing is an f12 fault
which is non communication error
sometimes, if you unplug it for 15 mins and plug it back in, it works
other than that its a board and eprom job im afraid

Participant124 01 62 10/5 is what your lookin for
helo_75
Participantno modified door seal, just change the door seal
somethings probably been caught originally, causing the gap
should cure the problem
helo_75
Participantit really doesnt matter, as long as they aint touching, or well insulated if they are close together
make sure uve unplugged it though
hope that helps

Participantp/no 06015503 is the new motor
helo_75
Participanttheyre nowhere near as bad as the new merloni range, thats for sure
bearings were the common culprit on those, but if its that age, and they havent gone yet, maybe itll be ok
might be worth just checking the brushes, they do tend to blow the pcb when they wear downothe than that, they really aint anywhere near as bad as that pile of poo theyre turning out now

Participantprobably not the heater
its more likely to be the duct stast, situated inside the baffle, open the door, and look up, and backwards.. its normally that on condensers
helo_75
Participantcorrect
helo_75
Participantthe wash heater is the two conections next to the pressure switch plug
thats popped up a few times
helo_75
Participanterm, its because the motors down to earth
uve answered your own question, and the only cure is a new motor im afraid
and just hope it hasnt taken the pcb with it, hopefully ur rcd has been good enuff to prevent that
helo_75
Participantwell of course its the pcb
its NEVER the themistor
u’ll need an eprom too
helo_75
Participantits a 7mm, and youll need a proper nut spinner
good luck
helo_75
Participanti wouldnt concern yourself with that, its probably the board anyway
helo_75
Participantunplug it, take the top off, look on the silver heater box, and see if there is any resettable thermostats
if they reset, then good, question is, why?
usually a blocked condenser to be fair
try resetting them first, if it keeps happening, clean out the condenser
hope that helps?
just make sure its unplugged, please!!!

Participanttake the small cover off, the one with two screws
remove split pin, remove grooved washer, pull bearing out, replace
if uve done the front wheel job, thats a doddle, trust me
