fixed price repairs under 5yrs are supposed to be £99… im presuming you were badgered to death to pay extra to guarantee your machine for 12 months?

it could be a blocked condenser ( the white duct under the fan motor, leading to the drum) it could be an airflow problem
i rarely change elements on these machines
