yep, common complaint that
pcb required, and of course a smart card and a reader….
not cheap, indesit fixed price repairs are your cheapest option

and why didnt the hotpoint guy have the new valve & ntc harness with him?
fixed price repairs under 5yrs are supposed to be £99… im presuming you were badgered to death to pay extra to guarantee your machine for 12 months?
i wouldnt worry too much, check the numbers on the terminals
do they correspond

f10 by any chance?
actually, are the clothe just a little bit warm>?
it could be a blocked condenser ( the white duct under the fan motor, leading to the drum) it could be an airflow problem
i rarely change elements on these machines
and itll come and go, like all the other air brained idea
like the waterless washer
the sonic washer
not forgetting that stupid titan thingoh, and that ridiculously over rated, 12 second extrememly noisy controrotator of dysons
the perfect solutions there, people just dont do it

itll be the themistor, behind the freezer panel, with a yellow plu.. readily available to but and relatively easy to change
