    it only reverses when it should be going forward it heats ok and i can hear the pump working but motor action then it reverses for about 20 to30 seconds then again no motor action but everything else is ok

    thanks aqualectric need to sort circ motor price out first i think they will scrap it if i cant find it cheaper but at lest thats another road i can go down if req

    when i enquired with indesit with w123suk they said there is different thicknesses of shafts so i guess they must have modified it during production by the way they spoke all the merloni machines like this one are this way. With the serial number they can tell u exactly which one it will be i was just hoping i would be able to carry a set of each on stock so i can complete job in one visit. (i ordered a set of bearings and a seal about two weeks ago from merloni but they wouldnt give me too much info and im still waiting for them to arrive!)

    just had same problem customer put fairy on greasey oven tray to help remove grease in d/w 😯 yep it over sudded i rinsed it out a few times and reset stat all ok now(till next time)
