Just to add my two penneth’ I change a large number of seals due to customer closing the door with washing hanging out. Not a single one has been due to the colour of the door glass. All bog standard doors, just careless users full stop. 😉

If it was off the washing machine then how did it get in the dishwasher?
Make and model numbers of both appliances might help as well. 😉

Drain hose sited incorrectly could be a problem but as the outlet pipe on most Bosch machines comes out at the top of the machine at the back it is not as common, unless the sink is well above the level of the machine.
Could be mains water especially in older property or when iron deposits are found in the water.

There are only two ways water can get into the drum when the machine is not in use. Either the drain outlet hose or the water inlet system.
Have you tried turning the water inlet tap off overnight?
If you do this for a few nights and no water enters the drum then the fill valve is the likely cause.

Ignore salt and rinse aid lights.
If you have lights 1&2 flashing then,
1 + 2 = Time out draining Pump connections, blockage, module, circulation pump

Bad news sadly,
F01. Motor triac short circuit, check all motor and module wiring connections. If no loose contacts the main pcb is at fault. 🙁

Moved you to correct forum. 😉
You need to tell us by number from top to bottom which of the five, left hand vertical lights is flashing ingnoring the power light.
