Will the machine fill and drain? If it will then you may be lucky and it could just be the motor brushes, the circuit breaker ‘may’ have saved the main pcb .

Nothing Hotpoint about it, 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} Whirlpool.

Not aware of any seals that will fit, complete pump is actually £47 list price, part number C00313089. Shows what a rip of ESpares is at nearly £75.00. :eeek:

Thank you, how would I do that and what tools do i need or is it an engineer thing?

TBH, your question does lead me to think it might be engineer time. You would need to access and identify the heating element from underneath then test it electrically with a megger or suitable multimeter.

Re: Hotpoint Dishwasher Not Heating Water

The heater itself is very prone to failure on Indesit dishwashers, it is part of the main circulation pump on this model, can also be due to electronic failure, also quite a common fault.

A resistance and continuity test of the heating element with the mains plug removed is the first step.

Thanks for reply, forum member criscold has kindly sent me the manual so if I get a recall I am better prepared, no digital display on this one so until I got the manual I had no idea of error codes.

Are you going to the WTA conference, on my two recent visits to Wembley I have stayed with my brother in Surrey for a few days before the game, will see what tonight brings but may have to make other plans as the final is on the same weekend. 🙁

Here is a screen dump of your commercial code from Partfinder, you can see the hoses although I have no idea why it shows three different ones, and the part numbers for two of the hoses appear on the lower right of the screen?????

Re: Indesit Washer Dryers with no condenser valve!

Very strange, that commercial code is the one shown with the hoses, triple valve and part numbers for hoses.
Machine was actually first produced in 2009 but your serial number suggests 2015.

Forum member johnnyj may know the answer as the Partfinder software is known to be full of mistakes.

The copy of the manual I have is from 2011, do you want a copy?

Something in the back of my mind tells me the drum was altered but don’t quote me. 🙂
