Also need to check the undersink plumbing to make sure there is no obstruction in the outlet pipe.

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint bwd129 error
Is the machine actually draining correctly? Will the small pump impeller turn freely, it should flick round easily in quarter turns.
Shine a torch inside to make sure nothing is jammed in the impeller. There is very little you can do by way of testing the pressure switch TBH. The wiring to the switch is not likely to be faulty.

F10= pressure switch not sensing.
Have you checked/cleaned out the drain pump filter?
Can also be faulty pressure switch or poor connections on the main circuit board.

ModeratorRe: CI555WH door trims
Customer desperate so I have sourced one from Amazon. 🙂
Could still do with an outer trim for another job if you find one.

ModeratorRe: CI555WH door trims
Ta, although I have had an outer trim on order Masterpart for several months now, is Dave able to source these?

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint WT721 Display & lights flickering
If all the lights are flickering it ‘may’ be a capacitor fault on the main power board in the base.

ModeratorRe: Football Season 2014/2015
Well that’s another season in the bag, mixed fortunes all round.
United a very marginal improvement on last year but still a lot of dead wood needs culling.
The Saints had a creditable year given the players they lost but as I predicted finished outside the top six, needless to say my missus has ‘forgotton’ our £20 wager on this matter.
Liverpool had a very poor season after last year and a 6-1 thrashing at Stoke on Sunday summed it up.
Burnley sadly just had not got the fire power or the money to compete but did battle away until the end, wonder if Ings will really want to go to Liverpool. :rolls:
The Royals managed a dismal 19th place in the Championship, over achieving some would say. 😈iadom
ModeratorRe: How to break my vacuum cleaner?
As Unicorn Poo is priceless and totally imaginary it does not mean poor quality, so does not relate to your vacuum. Also worth remembering that lots of people in the trade read this forum including employees and representatives of the very company you are trying to defraud.

Can’t say I have ever seen a drum seal leak unless the drum has been opened up for some reason Andy.

Look inside the door seal, pull it back and check for small holes in the sides. Where is the water underneath, back, front, left side, right side?

Ah, how do you know what the model is, the OP has neglected to include it. 😉
You have two identical machines, are these for domestic use?

ModeratorRe: Support tube for lower spray arm Hotpoint DF53 Professio
DF53 Professional???? There is only the DF53 1st Edition in white. Made in France by Brandt many years ago, a lot of parts now obsolete.
The lower spray arm is still listed though, part No: C00210978, the lower tube is called a moulded hub, part No: C00210972.
It is so long since I worked on one of these and don’t remember changing the moulded hub. I think it may screw in but don’t hold me to that or force it. 😉
Worth trying the arm itself first I would think.
