ModeratorRe: Indesit iwme 147 won’t drain
??? Both of your pictures of the lights are on their side on my iPad, main PC and my smartphone screens. :con:
Pump looks clear but could be worn or have failed electrically. You could also have a blockage between the drum and the pump or between the outlet pipe and the undersink plumbing, assuming it is plumbed in that way.

Assuming that picture is on its side then you have lights 2 and 4 flashing slowly which signifies a pressure switch stuck on full. In other words it’s is not emptying.
Either the pump is faulty or there is a blockage elsewhere.
When you remove the pump filter you need to shine a torch right inside the pump housing to make sure there are no objects such as bits of bra wire or hairgrips in there.

ModeratorRe: British manufacturers?
White Knight have never ‘made’ a washing machine, they are imported, possibly from Vestel in Turkey. 😉 Bosch have not used a White Knight produced dryer for many years. As a tumble dryer they are one of the better budget priced appliances although I am not a fan of their condensor dryer, the vented one is a very basic, cheap to fix appliance most of the time.
As for Belling then this article will give you some information. Belling, includes LEC as well.
Bear in mind that was written in 2007, since that time I fear that all Belling products may be imported, someone else may know better. All recent Belling cookers I see are imported.

I kept switching over when the adverts came on during the Ryder Cup, not a pretty sight. 🙁
United, Oldham and Rochdale all won yesterday. a bit fraught at the end yesterday at OT but the right result whatever Big Sam says. 😛iadom
ModeratorRe: Hotpoint dryer belt fitting tool
Have to agree, never, ever removed rear fan or slackened motor bolts. Sometimes use the old belt threaded under the new one to pull it onto the pulley. Also much easier to remove the inner fan cowling and fan to allow better access to the pulley.

ModeratorRe: Indesit IDL40UKC dishwasher.
first light flashing is ‘supposed’ to be a flooded base, could be a faulty float switch but that is very rare.
Bottom line is that it is a Chinese made, low end appliance with very flaky electronics so apart from a visual and electrical test of all components there is little else I can suggest. 🙁

ModeratorRe: Indesit how to replace NTC
I think you have to remove the heater box and split it to change the ntc.

Perhaps the inverter board is the TOC on these, :rolls: ,consigned to the washer graveyard. 🙁

ModeratorRe: Indesit IDL40UKC dishwasher.
Same error codes as These
You have a flooded base, possibly an internal leak or oversoaping.

ModeratorRe: Apposite picture?
That’s the one, need to post it on our local “I love Shaw” Facebook page, fed up of reading posts asking for tradespeople recommendations that nearly always include “as cheap as possible”. 🙁
