You need to count the right hand, vertical lights from BOTTOM to TOP with the END light counting as 1 and ignoring the very top light, that is to say only the lowest five lights are used for error codes.

Lawrence wrote:Jim what’s the part no for the interface harness ?serial no 911194212

Looks like your is an A1 module/heater assy.

If you can identify your machine as an AI module/heater update then the harness is C00269828, if it is an A2 module/heater update then it is a C00278088.

The main harness is shown separately but Lawrence mentioned the cable going into the door hinge which appears to be part of the door assy on that picture????

Two different harnesses for door lock, interface, ntc, filter dependant on heater type/serial number, also a separate harness for the pump/float switch.

I don’t have a manual but they don’t include parts breakdown anyway.

Looking at Partfinder it appears as though that harness is part of a complete door assy, around £103.00. :eeek:

    Re: Thread locking!

Checking the logs it appears as though I locked the last thread to be locked.

I did not ‘intentionally’ lock any thread but suspect it is down to my iPad, I updated to iOS.8 and it has been full of bugs, especially Safari, jumps about all over the place when loading, it freezes without warning, in fact it has just done that now as I was typing this post, had to finish if of on my PC. It is easy to hit the wrong buttons when it is hopping around like that so I can only guess that it was something to do with that.

I have unlocked the aforementioned thread. :clown:

PS. I did wonder why tinfish PM’d me this morning. 😀

An electronically controlled dryer will only heat on the ‘auto’ settings if there are damp clothes in the drum.

There is a small copper brush that should run on the top of the drum, if this is broken or adrift it will not heat on the auto settings.

Re: Low end adapter instructions for hotpoint

Manual shows a picture of card reader inserted into lower front of dishwasher, no mention of low end adaptor.

PM me an e mail address and I will send you the manual.
    Jim.

    Is this a wind up?

The concrete weight is falling apart and you are looking elsewhere for the noise. 😕

More than likely the weight mountings have already been damaged on the outer drum.

Tried a simple restore that made no difference, thought I would try to uninstall then reinstall but I can’t find the app in the App Store?????
